Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Return of empty container to port
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges
- shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access
- Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .

- NVOCC Charges USD 120-150 per m3 approx. (consult your local agent) minimum USD 400.00
- Customs warehouse administration fees: USD 120.00 per cbm aprox, minimum USD 300.00 Reduce these cost negotiating 12 to 15 days of free physical storage at NVOCC destination warehouse .
- Customs physical inspection: USD 300-500
- Difficult access to residence, parking permit US$ 100.00
