Our rates include the following services - Direct supervision of all operational activities at the port of entry.
- Normal Customs Clearance.
- Transport of the shipment from the port of entry to the quoted destination.
- Unloading and unpacking household goods, except for items packed by the client (PBO).
- Assembly of basic furniture.
- Remove debris on the same day of delivery.

Our rates do not include the following services - Handling in/out and storage in our warehouse facilities, if required.
- Shuttle service.
- Estimated Port Charges $1350
- DTHC if not prepaid $55 estimated
- Freight forwarder (NVOCC) fee ($265), if required.
- Delivery in places with difficult access or with a long carry more than 25 meters from the truck to the residence. ➢ Delivery where items must be carried above a second floor without access to an elevator.
- Assembly of very complicated furniture or IKEA type furniture in its original packaging.
- Handyman and third-party services. ➢ Handling pianos, safes, or any object difficult to handle due to its weight, size, or shape.
