Rates Exclude
DTHC, demurrage, detention, port storage, customs examinations/inspections, customs duties, taxes, etc.
Shuttle Services (needed for deliveries in Toronto and most cities in Ontario)
Long carry (above 25 meters/82 feet), Stair carry (above 2nd floor), Elevator access
Insurance
Wire bank fee: USD 35.00
Handling / Transport of pianos, safes, and other similarly heavy or difficult to handle items
Handyman services
