Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Return of empty container to port
- Standard customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor
- 30 days storage after clearing
- First storage handling charges.

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges
- Shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT: Taxes of 3.8% on any amounts payable to Mundial Residence.

► If the customer is a Brazilian citizen and has not resided abroad for more thanone year, import taxes will apply to their relocation. This does not apply toforeign diplomats.
► There is no minimum allowed for beverages. Any beverage imported into Brazil must bepaid an import tax of 50% of the declared value to enter. Does not apply toforeign diplomats.
► Please note that the storage charges will depend on the cargo value and the air freight cost.
► In general, the estimated storage fee at Brasília Airport is around USD 125.
► In addition, airport charges, excluding storage, are estimated at approximately USD 55 (If it is CopaCargo airline – USD 110.00).
► Storage insurance for 30 days depends on the declared value of the cargo and is usually arranged by the agent at origin.
