• Customs duties at destination are excluded from the quotation and will be charged at cost, supported by proof of payment.

• Any costs related to storage / demurrage / detention / customs inspections or controls at destination are excluded from the quotation and will be charged at cost, supported by proof of payment.
• Any storage costs during unloading are excluded from the quotation and will be promptly communicated, together with the carrier’s supporting documentation.
• Any surcharges communicated by the shipping lines due to the closure of transit through the Red Sea are excluded from the quotation and will be promptly communicated.
• Any surcharges on inland transport caused by the current congestion at ports are excluded from the quotation and will be promptly communicated.
• The quotation is valid for general cargo goods.
• The quotation is valid for direct container delivery to a location equipped for container unloading.
• Customs costs are provisional, as they must be verified during the customs clearance phase depending on the type of goods declared.

Important Notice

• Considering the current geopolitical situation in the Red Sea area, all freight rates are subject to additional surcharges such as War Risk, Contingency, GRI, etc., which may be introduced by shipping lines at any time.
• Please be informed that after booking confirmation, rates and schedules may be subject to change without prior notice.
• Transit times may also change due to routing adjustments and may affect the overall shipping period depending on the current situation. Seven Stars in Italy will not be liable for any claims arising from this.
• Seven Stars in Italy will not be responsible for vessel delays caused by congestion, voyage rescheduling, rollovers, customs examinations, or other events caused by carriers or customs authorities.
• Therefore, claims for delays will NOT be accepted, and customers are kindly requested to insure their cargo or choose alternative transport solutions with faster transit times.
