Our rates include the following services - Unwrapping package
- Direct delivery on normal access
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Return of empty container to port
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges
- Gate charge
- shuttle services costs
- Delivery via warehouse
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano or other extra heavy bulky items delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Wooden crate or Liftvan handling
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access, staircase moving
- Local VAT
- Bank handling charge
- Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
