    Second delivery, piano handling, parking permits, outside elevator, long carry, stair carry, or service over the 2nd level residence.Overtime, weekend, and public holiday services (additional surcharges may apply).Destination services, including unloading, unpacking, re-assembly of furniture, and transport from the port of entry to the delivery residence.Unanticipated charges, including increases, demurrage costs, port fees, chassis rental, or terminal charges.Import duties & taxes, customs inspection fees, SIT, warehouse handling, or storage costs.Shipment protection is not included.


Remarks:

  • Local fees are excluded and will be billed back to customer as per receipts (unless otherwise instructed)
  • Local VAT is excluded
  • Documents: Packing list, Express B/L, copy passport

 

Our rates include the following services

  • Complete unwrapping
  • Setting up of basic furniture
  • Removal of debris
  • Return of empty container to port
  • Complete customs clearance
  • Inbound transportation
  • Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

 

Our rates do not include the following services

  • Port & terminal handling charges
  • shuttle services costs
  • Crane or outside elevator
  • Piano delivery
  • Unpacking of cartons
  • Customs inspection
  • Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
  • Abnormal access
  • Local VAT
  • Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
