Rates include:

Line-haul from the port of arrival to Basel Terminal

Normal import custom clearance into Switzerland

Handling at the Swiss Terminal Basel

Transport to our warehouse

Unloading of the car and check out with the client

Return of empty container to Geneva Terminal (Only with MSC - check below additional cost with other sea lines to return the empty container to Basel Terminal)

Rates exclude:

At the port of entry and from the port to Switzerland

- THC and all other charges at the port of entry(as per SS Line outlay + 5% if not prepaid)

- Container detention / demurrage charges if any (as per SS Line outlay + 5% if not prepaid)

- Container re-positioning and release fee if any (as per SS Line outlay + 5% if not prepaid)

- Any unforeseen charges that might be charged by the SS Line (as per SS Line outlay + 5% if not prepaid)

- Return of empty container from Geneva to Basel Terminal : CHF 600.- / container

- Return of empty container to the port if required

- NVOCC/deconsolidation fee for LCL

Custom clearance

- Import taxes and duties if applicable

- Customs inspection charges if applicable 

- Temporary custom clearance due to lack of documents if applicable

Storage

- Handling in & out if applicable: CHF 100.-

- Storage charges after one week: CHF 50.- / week 

Additional charges:

- THC at the port: Approx. Euro 450 / Euro 500 per 20’ // Euro 500 / Euro 550 per 40’/40’HC /

  Euro 50 – 70 / cbm gross for LCL shipment

- Temporary import custom clearance: Euro 150
