Our rates include the following services

Normal Import Custom Clearance procedure

Processing of documents and our assistance

Transport with the Original SSL container to residence

Unloading, delivery up to (stairway walkup), unpacking, unwrapping, positioning of the goods

inside the house, reassembly of basic furniture (beds, tables, chairs), unpacking of the boxes only and

exclusively on a flat surface, pick-up of debris the day of the delivery

Return of the empty container to the port / terminal area

Our rates do not include the following services

         Custom Duty and Taxes, if any
         From 01/01/2025, Italian Customs is requiring the activation of the EORI number for all Import/Export shipment (above cost is excluded)
         Intensive Custom and/or Anti-Drug Squad Inspection charges, if any
         Eventual extra charges due the Pandemic / Covid-19
         Container X-Ray / Scanner charges, if any
         AIR: Airport charges (Taxes, Hdl., Deconsolidation, Turn-Over D/O, Etc. - Approx. Euro 0,50 / 0,60 per kg gross) – If any, will be billed back at cost
         AIR: Airport Storage (Extremely Expensive) – If any, will be billed back at cost
         FCL: Italian THC, if not already prepaid (Approx. Euro 300.00 / 400.00 – Based on the steamship line) – If any, will be billed back at cost
         FCL: Shipping company charges (Approx. Euro 150.00 / 200.00 – Based on the steamship line) – If any, will be billed back at cost
         FCL: Turn-Over Delivery Order Fees from Italian Nvocc (Approx. Euro 280.00 / 320.00 – Based on the steamship line) – If any, will be billed back at cost
         LCL: Deconsolidation charges if not VIA GRIDIRON GROUPAGE SERVICE (Extremely expensive - Approx. Euro 350.00 / 380.00 – Based on the steamship line) – If any, will be billed back at cost
         LCL: Extra Service requested by the Nvocc (such as issuance of T1 / Customs Clearance at Nvocc Deconsolidation place)
         Demurrage / Detention, if any
         Warehouse handling charges and/or Storage charges
         Uncrating service
         Shuttle service / Long Carry service
         Delivery over 1^st floor (stairway walk up) for standard HHG
         Delivery over ground floor for Upright piano, baby/grand piano, safe, pool table, grand-father clock, heavy items
         Reassembling IKEA furniture or similar (kitchen, wardrobe, wall unit, ecc.)
         Out-Door Elevator, Platform or Crane
         Access to the ZTL / Historical Area
         Delivery to the City center (Police Authorization and Parking charges)
         Placing of the "NO PARKING SIGNS".
         Extraordinary Services (Fine art, upright piano, baby/grand piano, safe, pool table, grand-father clock, heavy items, rifle-gun, gun, etc.)
         Third Party Services (carpenter, electrician, plumber, maid, etc.)
         Placement of specific material for protecting floors/walls
         Removal of debris if not on delivery day

Notes:

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
