Our rates include the following
- Normal Import Custom Clearance procedure
- Processing of documents and our assistance
- Transport to the destination.
Above rates excludes:
- Custom Duty and Taxes, if any
- Intensive Custom and/or Anti-Drug Squad Inspection charges, if any
- Container X-Ray / Scanner charges, if any
- FCL: Italian THC, if not already prepaid
- FCL: Shipping company charges If any, will be billed back at cost
- FCL: Turn-Over Delivery Order Fees from Italian Nvocc – If any, will be billed back at cost
- Demurrage / Detention, if any
- Storage charges
- Uncrating service
Additional Services & Charges (If Applicable) Carrying & Transport- Long Carry: EUR 8 per cbm per 25 meters (starting after the first 25 meters)
- Stair Carry: EUR 11 per cbm per floor above the 2nd floor
- Shuttle Service (WTW): EUR 250 per day
Equipment & Permits- External Elevator (e.g. WTV-8): EUR 200 per half day / EUR 350 per full day
- Parking Permit : (upon request)
Special Item Handling (Ground floor only unless otherwise agreed)- Upright Piano: EUR 300
- Baby / Grand Piano: EUR 500
- Heavy Items: Upon request
Storage & Warehouse- Storage: EUR 9 per cbm per month or part thereof (minimum EUR 50)
- Warehouse Handling: EUR 10 per cbm (in & out charge)
- Handyman (WTW): EUR 80 per man-hour (minimum 4 hours)
Fees & Penalties- Fixed Delivery Date: EUR 300 (if requested less than 2 weeks prior to delivery week, excluding July–September)
- Cancellation Fee (Confirmed Delivery Date): EUR 250 + any external charges incurred + administrative fees
- Cancellation Fee (Move Quote): Upon request
Customs & Duties- Duties & Taxes: As per actual amount + administrative fee percentage
- Customs Clearance (vehicles, new goods, alcohol, commercial goods): Upon request
