- shuttle services costs

- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons

- Stair carry, long carry, split deliveries
- Third party service
- Warehouse handling/storage fees and eventual addtional transportation fees
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties
