Quotation Validity: 30 days from date of offer and based upon current transport and manpower for Origin servicecharges and 7 days for sea freight, air freight chargesand as of today's exchangerate. Documents required for clearance: 1 Copy of Passport/Visa Page of Passport 2 Copy of Bill of Lading/Express or Telex Release 3 Copy of Inventory Lists 4 Delivery address and contacts Any other documentsare needed prior to the shipment arrivalat destination. Insurance If insuranceis requested, we providea broad insurance coverage by our underwriter: Comprehensive transit (door to door) policyat a premium of 3.5% subjectto a minimum S$350.00 per policy. Please read the termsand conditions of attached insurance form carefully. If insurance is not takenup, we advise that we will not bare any cost for repairand damages. Our company will pay for liability maximum up to S$120.00 per move. All liability is according to SingaporeLogistics Association Trading Terms and Conditions. Note: Insurance coverage includes 90days storage at origin and/or destination within an approved warehouse. Mini storages,self-lock areas, garagesand other like facilities are not considered approved warehouses. Should the storage period exceed 90 days, you must promptly notify us of the delay and pay an additional premium for theextension of the insurance. (The above mentioned 90 days refer only to theinsurance coverage not to storage charges. Storage charges apply separately.) Important Note: Do not includejewellery, gem stones, cash, currency or bank notes, deeds, traveller’s cheques, coin or stampcollections, alcoholic beverages or food, important commercial and private documents,other valuable items, contraband or other like items in your shipment. Pleaseremove these items before the start of packing. Public and Carrier’s Liability All our workmen arecovered under Workmen Compensation Policy. Wehave a Public LiabilityInsurance for up to S$1,000,000 and we are covered by insurance for Carrier’s Liabilityfor up to S$200,000.00 per conveyance. Standard Trading Conditions As member of the Singapore LogisticsAssociation (SLA), all out business are transacted in accordance to thestandard trading conditions laid down by SLA. A copy of these conditions is available upon request. Payment Terms Private and corporateclients must make full payment to APMPL immediately after completion of packingat origin. Payment can be done eitherby cheque or online bank transfer. Credit card paymentsare not accepted. Cancellation Fees In the event the job is cancelled after confirmation and commencement ofservice, would have the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee of S$150.00or 10% of the contract value, whichever is higher.
