Our rates include the following services

• Disassembling of furniture
• Transportation to port/airport of exit
• Export customs clearance
• Full and complete packing.
• Origin port handling charges
• Professional packing
• Supply of all necessary international packing and wrapping materials.
• Standard disassembly of furniture by the moving crew (no specialized handyman services).
• Professional packing and wrapping of all household items.
• Preparation of a numbered packing list.
• Safe and efficient loading and stacking into the steamship container.
• Sealing of the container under supervision.
• Pickup from residence up to the 2nd floor (without elevator access).
• Transportation by truck from residence to POE Santos/AOE Guarulhos.
• The loading will be done onto a truck, followed by container loading in Santos).
• Regular origin port/airport handling fees.
• Customs clearance at origin.

Our rates do not include the following services

• Customs taxes & duties
• Heavy items handling
• DTHC & destination charges at destination port
• Local VAT of 3,8%
• Abnormal access,
• Special crating for delicate items
• Access requiring special handling or with difficult entry conditions.
• Additional transportation or shuttle services.
• Second or split collect.
• Stair carries above the second floor.
• Hoisting or lifting of heavy items through windows or balconies.
• Use of crane or external elevator.
• Any unforeseen or non-estimated extra charges.
• Specialized handyman services.
• Additional Custom Inspection, Examination and Scanning 
• Extra charges whenever aplicable.
• Any cratings.
• Bank fee - USD 50.00

Important - Maritime

• Freetime (detention in Brazil): 4 days

• Estimatedtransit time: 26 days.

Important - Air

• Estimated transit time: 1 to 3 days.

• AIR Companies: Delta, Latam ou South African

► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
