Our rates include the following services

  • Complete unwrapping
  • Setting up of basic furniture
  • Removal of debris
  • Return of empty container to port
  • Complete customs clearance
  • Inbound transportation
  • Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

 

Our rates do not include the following services

  • Port & terminal handling charges
  • shuttle services costs
  • Crane or outside elevator
  • Piano delivery
  • Unpacking of cartons
  • Customs inspection-X-rays
  • Second or more inspections by customs authorities.
  • Preparation of a new packing list if the items do not match the original packing list or the contents of the packages and boxes.
  • Storage (start from the first day the ship arrived at port)
  • Difficulty of accessing the residence
  • Local VAT
  • Customs taxes & duties


Notes:


► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
