Rate excludes

  Custom Clearance,  DTHC/ DO and taxes, if any

 Customs Inspection charges,X-Ray, intensive customs exam, if any

 Any items held by Quarantine forgamma irradiation, steam cleaning, fumigation or destruction will attractadditional charges

 Any treatment if required(including transport to and from quarantine approved premises)

 Abovecharges are based on the volume mentioned above. In case the volume isexceeded, additional charges will incur

  Demurrage, Bond Charges and Container detention, if any

 Storage and warehouse handlingcharges, if required

 Special services – carpentry, electrical, plumbing works, handyman services

  Specialised and heavy handling e.g.; safes

Quotation Validity:

30 days from date ofoffer and based upon current transport and manpower for Origin service charges and 7 days for sea freight, air freight chargesand as of today's exchangerate. Will update the current Ocean/AirFreight based on SOB or should there be any changes and ifquoted rate remains applicable.

Insurance

If insurance is requested, we provide abroad insurance coverage by our underwriter: Comprehensive transit (door to door) policyat a premium of 3.5 % subject to a minimum $300.00 per policy. Please read the terms and conditions of attached insuranceform carefully. If insurance is not taken up, we advisethat Agarwal Movers Singapore Pte Ltd.will not bare any cost for repair and damages. Our companywill pay for liability maximumup to $100.00 permove. All liabilityis according to SingaporeLogistics Association Trading Terms and Conditions.

Note: Insurance coverage includes 90days storage at origin and/or destination within an approved warehouse. Ministorages, self-lock areas, garages and other like facilities are not consideredapproved warehouses. Should the storage periodexceed 90 days, you must promptly notifyus of the delay and payan additional premiumfor the extension of the insurance. (The above mentioned90 days refer only to the insurance coveragenot to storage charges. Storagecharges apply separately.)

ImportantNote: Do not include jewellery, gem stones, cash, currency or bank notes,deeds, traveller’s cheques,coin or stamp collections, alcoholicbeverages or food, importantcommercial and privatedocuments, other valuableitems, contraband or other like items in your shipment. Please remove these items before the start of packing.

Standard Trading Conditions

As member of the Singapore LogisticsAssociation (SLA), all out business are transacted in accordance to thestandard trading conditions laid down by SLA. A copy of these conditions isavailable upon request.

Payment Terms

Privateand corporate clientsmust make full payment to Agarwal Movers Singapore Pte Ltd.  immediately after completion of packing at origin. Paymentcan be done either by online bank transfer. Credit cardpayments are not accepted.

Cancellation Fees

In the event the job is cancelledafter confirmation and commencement of service, Agarwal Movers Pte Ltd would have the right to charge the customer acancellation fee of $100.00 or 10% of the contract value, whichever is higher.
