Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Return of empty container to port
- Delivery to residence up to 1st floor (container to arrive directly to client's residence)
- Should the container be transported to our w/h for further delivery to residence (rate of 3850 EUR)

Our rates do not include the following services - shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Customs inspection
- Storage
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties
- Origin THC
- DTHC, ISP, Inspection (350 EUR)
- Delivery order: 60 EUR/BL
- Import customs operation fee for any extra HS code listed, after the 3rd one: 10 EUR each HS code

► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
