| Our rates include the following services - Complete customs clearance in Vancouver
- Inbound transportation to residence as stated in our quote
- Unloading and placing as required by the customer
- Complete unpacking of the furniture as required by the customer
- Removal of debris on the day of delivery
- Ferry costs to and from Victoria BC
| Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charge
- Piano delivery if any
- Unpacking of smaller cartons
- Abnormal access
- Customs taxes & duties

Notes: Please advised if accepted. The size of the lift vans should not exceed 6' feet to save on the ferry costs.
