If thebooking party is a cargo agency, then LOI must be issued on cargo agencyletter head and must carry authorized signatory and official stamp (withCR number). LOI from cargoagency must be collected for each separate shipment. 6. Shipper Declaration form signed by theshipper. If the booking party is cargo agency thenvalid signature and stamp (With CR number) required.
