- Please note the above includes transportation of labours and return of unpacked materials from Yangon to Pyin Oo Lwin which is 674.6km each way, including an overnight stay. This is a 9 hour journey one way. Shipment will need to transit via Yangon for Customs clearance.

Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Return of empty container to port
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges
- shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
