Normal Exclusions for SEA FCL / LCL / AIR P/EFFECTS & HHG

VAT @ 15% applicable on destination charges & all local services applicable for import shipments

For LCL , NVOCC/deconsolidation fee, It is better to settle at origin which will be cheaper as these charges vary from forwarder to forwarder at destination.

DTHC at destination port:  For LCL it is approximately USD 100 – 110 / cbm Gross Volume

For Air   DTHC, DO fee and airport handling fees for Air shipment is approx. US$0.30/ACWT (Minimum USD 60.00) will be billed as per actual. Please avoid weekend arrival on air shipment from Thursday to Saturday , there is no free storage at KSA airports, any airport storage charges applicable will be billed as per actual against the official receipt from airport authorities.

For FCL ,  D/O & DTHC  USD 275/20ft & USD 375/40ft   (will be billed as per actuals)

For FCL,   Penalty charges on non-palletization will be USD 270 / 20ft & USD 350 /40ft 

                  ( will be billed as per actuals)

For FCL ,  Port related & Inspection charges:  USD 400/20ft, & USD 450/ 40ft

                  ( will be billed per actuals)

For FCL,    Import documents fees + Container pullout fees   USD 35

                  ( will be billed on actuals)

Fuel surcharges, Port congestions fees, Port storage/ Demurrage & detention / Transit Insurance

Shuttle Services, Long carry, Stair carry above 2nd Floor, Split delivery

Parking permit / Customs Duties & Taxes & VAT. Assembly of wardrobes, handling of IKEA & flat pack furniture.

Handyman services, Wall mounting, Handling of heavy items, third party services.

Storage charges (warehouse handling and storage charges), Delivery on weekends.

Bank fee US$30/- will be applicable for all international transfer

SIT Storage charges            USD 8.00 per 100 lbs Nett ( Min USD 125 )  

Warehouse handling fees   USD 8.00 per 100 lbs Nett  ( Min USD 125 )

Long carry                           USD 6.00 per cbm ( after 100 meter )

Stair carry                            USD 6.00 per cbm above 2^ND FLOOR

Handyman services             USD 35.00 per labor ( Min 04 hours )

Uncrating fees                     USD 7.00  Per Crate  ( 1^ST , 5 Crates free of charges , this includes disposal   )

Debris Removal                   USD 90.00 per Trip

 Minimum density is 6.5 lbs/cft.

Above rate is not valid for a diplomatic shipment.

This quotation is valid for 30 days.

** Payment Terms: 

Full payment prior to delivery as per our company policy .  30 days credit to FIDI/ OMNI members only.  For any demurrage/ detention and Customs duty above USD 100 will be advanced by CFS and billed back with 5% advancement fees.
