Local fees are excluded and will be billed back to the customer as per receipts (unless otherwise instructed)

Documents required: Packing list, Express B/L, copy of passport, Invoice or Customs Value Declaration.

Our rates include the following services:

·                      Complete unwrapping

·                      Unpacking of cartons

·                      Setting up basic furniture

·                      Removal of debris

·                      Complete customs clearance

·                      Inbound transportation

·                      Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

 Our rates do not include the following services:

·                      shuttle service costs

·                      Crane or outside elevator

·                      Piano delivery

·                      Customs inspection

·                      Storage (starts from the 5th day of vessel arrival)

·                      Abnormal access

·                      Local VAT

·                      Customs taxes & duties

·                      CFS charges

·                      Local THC and handover charges (charged at cost)

·                      Local Marine Insurance

Notes: 

·                      All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.(Ocean freight rates and Air freight rates need to be validated upon order confirmation)

·                      We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis.
