Services Included:
- Collection of goods from your warehouse that have been professionally internationally packed and wrapped onto 3 euro palletseach each 120cm L x 80cm W x 170cm H - your crew to load and secure the goods Into tilt trailer
- European Road Transportation to Athens warehouse
- Collection of goods from arrival port with one direct delivery to residence located at Corinth, within 30km radius of Corinth City,(based on good access conditions / i.e. truck can park up to a 25 meter distance from residential front door entrance)
- Offload goods up to 1st floor level, one time placement / positioning goods into accessible designated rooms (no internal movementonce goods have been placed), unwrapping of furniture only, basic re-assembly of used beds, tables (i.e. that does not require ahandyman or technician) & debris collection on same day.
 

 

Services Excluded:

UNLESS WRITTEN IN OUR "INCLUSIONS" ABOVE, OUR RATES ARE RESTRICTED AND LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONALSERVICES OR FEES:

- Duties / Taxes / Demurrage / Detention / Storage Related Costs / Customs Inspections and or customs clearance Procedures (if any)- Difficult access requiring shuttle services or hire of special equipment (machinery) / Split deliveries / Deliveries via inaccessible orinadequate roads / Long carries of over 25 meters / Stair Carries required over 1st floor / Heavy carries that require more than 2 menper item (e.g. heavy boxes, Piano’s and the like)

- Delivery of goods above 1st floor or to multiple floor levels (more than 1 floor at one time) or delivery to basement levels (i.e. belowground floor) / Any oversized items that are more than 235cm in length or items greater than 250cm in height
- 3rd party assistance such as tradesman (carpenters, electricians, plumbers etc) for items that need any extraordinary attention orprocedures / e.g. crating or uncrating of items or disassembly or assembly of IKEA type furniture (modular type) or NEW furniture(unless previously instructed) / Unpacking of boxes to flat surfaces / Collection of packing debris on another separate day or on aspecific date requested by client

- Weekend or holiday services at your request / Parking Permits if required
- Additional Volume / Insurance / VAT (wherever applicable) / Courier Fees / Bank Transfer Fees and / or Credit-Debit Card Fees


Notes:

- Rates are based on maximum density of 6.5 lbs per cuft or 104 kgs per cbm. These services as outlined in our “exclusions” will be invoiced as asupplemental charge either to client direct or back to your office – as advised. All “excluded” services attract Valued Added Tax (VAT) and will beadded on all additional services outsourced to client when billed local country. A 15% administration fee will incur for any port fees or other fees thatare paid by our office on behalf of customer or agent. Pre-alerts, documentation and instructions must be received at least 10 days BEFORE arrivalof shipment to avoid delays and additional charges.
