Our rates include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges
- Complete unwrapping (not in the 2nd option)
- Setting up of basic furniture (not in the 2nd option)
- Removal of debris (not in the 2nd option)
- Return of empty container to port
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor
- Vehicle released from Helsinki depot (optionally delivery to turku EUR 450 with a car transporter)

Our rates do not include the following services - shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
