- Open all crates in presence of staff and place them at required place at the Exhibition
- we need import Code of this Exhibition to do Temp Import for Export with Qatar customs doc's
- AWBL , invoice and packing list file required . COO also copy is fine.

Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up at Exhibition hall.
- Removal of debris
- Wooden crate handling
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence ground floor
- all normal wooden crates , will be handled with care

Our rates do not include the following services - very heavy items - if required fork lift or crane will be done at cost only .

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
