Our rates include the following services

• Complete customs clearance

• Inbound transportation until residence
• Packages unloading, unwrapping and placement into flat surface
• Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor via stair carry
• Basic setup of furniture
• Removal of debris
• Return of empty container to port of entry

Our rates do not include the following services

• Destination THC estimated at $300/20’ - bill as per receipt

• Carrier’s Equipment/Fuel/Recovery Surcharges - - bill as per receipt
• ContainerPort Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival) - bill as per receipt
• Container Demurrage / Detention Charges - bill as per receipt
• Mandatory Customs Physical Examination ($300) - bill as per receipt
• Customs taxes & duties - bill as per receipt
• Tax exemption application $250.00 (if applicable)
• Extensive Customs Examination (if applicable)
• Building admin fee, parking fee and delivery entry fee (if any)
• Service elevator reservation fee
• Hoisting, stair carry, long hand-carry, difficult access charge (if any)
• Crane or outside elevator usage
• Heavy lift/ Piano handling
• Handyman services
• Split deliveries
• Storage in Transit & Warehouse Handling Charge
