Our rates include the following services - Normal customs clearance
- Vehicle handout to client from depot after customs clearance
- Inbound transportation of HHG to residence via closed van truck
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor without service elevator
- Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris same day of delivery
- Return of empty container to port

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges - bill back as receipted
- Carrier's Surcharges costs (if any)
- Container Port Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Container Demurrage
- Shuttle services costs
- Government Agencies Permit Application
- Crane or outside elevator
- Heavy lift of single item
- Customs extensive inspection
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties (if any)
- Additional services not mentioned on the inclusions section of this quote

► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
