| Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Return of empty container to port
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor
| Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges (Shipping line THC, port charges, terminal bond fees/handlings, min. government duties/taxes, documentation/handlings, cash outlay fees at approximately $850.00 per container)
- Shuttle services costs USD350.00 (flat)
- Shipping line container detention if applicable at approximately USD120.00 /day. (Shipping lines offer just 7 days free detention charge, over this, would be invoiced at cost). For your reference, customs clearance is estimated in 10 working days so in the worse scenario, please calculate approximate 3 days – 4 days of detention charge. Please request “if possible” more than 10 days at destination.

► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
