- Carrier Surcharges Costs
- Customs Physical Examination Fee $400

- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Port Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Container demurrage/detention charges
- Difficult access
- Customs taxes & duties
- Customs Tax and Duties Exemption Application $250.00
