Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Return of empty container to port
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services
- Port & terminal handling charges
- shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Storage (starts from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties
- Port Wharfage charges (1.6%) of the CIF value

► All charges payable at the destination must be predetermined if the agent or shipper will reimburse them.
► We will happily extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on a prepaid basis.
