Our rates include the following services

• Delivery of packing materials if necessary 
• Wrapping and padding of all furniture; 
• Crating of special items, at additional cost; 
• Prepare inventory of all items for shipment; 
• Documentation.

• Transportation to port of exit
• Export customs clearance
• Delivery of packing materials
• Export port handling charges

Our rates do not include the following services

• Customs taxes & duties
• Heavy items handling
• THC & local charges at destination port
• Local VAT
• Maritime surcharges
• Abnormal access,
• Special crating for delicate items
• Crane or outside elevator
• Packing on weekends and public holidays, if required, will incur an additional surcharge of US$150 for Saturdays and Sundays/Public Holiday
  
• Customs inspection fee (if occurred, will be charge US$100.00 per shipment)
  
• Insurance is not included
  
• Cost of wooden crate : US$ 3.5 per square feet (minimum: US$70 per pc)
• Heat-treatment : US$150 per time (up to 5 pcs.)
• Upright Piano handling Charge is US$250 – first floor or with elevator

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
