Price includes:

At origin: Any further surveys at residence, full export packing, pickup and loading of goods, normal export clearance, ocean freight up to port of Destination.

Standard Exclusions:

Insurance, storage, courier fees,customs duties and taxes, Wharfage, de -consolidation fee and NVOCC charges,delivery to abnormal access, delivery above second floor, hire of crane or outside equipment, stair carry, carpentry, plumbing or electrician if required,complicated assembly, handling of piano or heavy items (i.e. safes), parking permit and reservation, maid service such as hanging clothes, placing books on shelves.

Transit Insurance: Our standard full replacement insurance for door to door shipments is 4% of the declared value. For door to port / port to door shipments total loss insurance can be offered at 3.5%. You are strongly recommended to insure goods against all insurable risks during the move. The value should be based on your replacement value at destination. Minimum premium is USD 130 and a detailed inventory with values of pieces needs to be submitted. Insurance covers for up to 60 days storage in moving company's warehouse at origin and 60 days storage at destination (these cannot be combined) and over this time additional premium will need to be purchased. Insurance coverage for warehousing is only valid for storage facilities chosen by UTM Services.For an extra fee of 0.5% we can offer Mold & Mildew coverage, Pairs/Sets coverage and Mechanical/Electrical Derangement (excluding autos).
