Our rates include the following services 

• Port & terminal handling charges

• Inbound transportation (on-carriage to client residence)

• Complete customs clearance

• Handling of the vehicle (hangout at depo)

• Delivery to residence up to 3rd floor

• Complete unwrapping (non-fragile items)

• Setting up of basic furniture

• Removal of debris

• Return of empty container to port

Our rates do not include the following services 

• Shuttle services costs

• Crane or outside elevator

• Piano / Heavy delivery

• Unpacking of cartons

• Customs inspection

• Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)

• Abnormal access

• Customs taxes & duties

Notes: 

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.

► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper. 

► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
