Our rates include the following service: transit formalities from POE to diplomatic customs office, import c/c for diplomatic shipment, customs yard charges, delivery to our warehouse, uncrating & w/h in/out, delivery to residence with unwrapping of furniture and bulk, basic furniture reassembly, debris removal the same day.

Our rates do not include the following services: dthc/consolidator charges at POE, heavy items handling, long/stair carry, difficult reassembly, 3rd party servcies.
