Our destination servicerate applies for delivery in normal access conditions within city area. Itdoesn’t include: stair carry, long carry, additional vehicles for shuttle, 3rdparty services like electricians, plumbers, etc., or any other service not includedin ourquotation.      

                                               

Remarks:

  • Local fees are excluded and will be billed back to customer as per receipts (unless otherwise instructed)
  • Local VAT is excluded
  • Documents: Packing list, Express B/L, copy passport

 

Our rates include the following services

  • Complete unwrapping
  • Setting up of basic furniture
  • Removal of debris
  • Return of empty container to port
  • Complete customs clearance
  • Inbound transportation
  • Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

 

Our rates do not include the following services

  • Port & terminal handling charges
  • shuttle services costs
  • Crane or outside elevator
  • Piano delivery
  • Unpacking of cartons
  • Customs inspection
  • Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
  • Abnormal access
  • Local VAT
  • Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
