Our rates do not include the following services: DTHC, port storage if any, heavy Customs inspection, import duty, handling of heavy items (over 100 kg), abnormal access to the residence, difficult furniture reassembly, 3rd party services

Please advise consignee status (Russian citizen resided for more than 12 months abroad or foreign citizen with permanent residence permit in Russia) and we will provide list of required docs for duty free import;
