Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping and unpacking of cartons to flat surface/countertop.
- Setting up of basic furniture.
- Removal of debris.
- Return of empty container to Johannesburg terminal/container depot only.
- Complete customs clearance.
- Local transport.
- Delivery to residence up to max 2nd floor.
- Import Cargo Dues charges.

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges (SEE REMARKS ABOVE).
- Shuttle services charges at destination deliver.
- Crane or outside elevator.
- Piano delivery.
- Customs inspection.
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival).
- Abnormal access.
- Local VAT.
- Customs taxes & duties.

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
