Our rates include the following services - Terminal handling charges at destination
- Collection of the shipment from the port-terminal/airport of arrival
- Standard import customs clearance formalities.
- Transport of container/liftvan(s) to your new residence.
- Cars handling at warehouse
- Single direct delivery at residence (normal access and
- within city limits) up to second floor
- Unpacking, reassembly and setting up of standard
- furniture by the crew (no handyman services)
- Normal Unpacking Of Fragile Items To Flat Surface And
- Setting Up
- Removal of packing debris at time of delivery

Our rates do not include the following services - Additional custom inspection, examination and scanning charges whenever applicable
- Import customs duties, taxes, inspection or quarantine charges
- Additional volume and/or weight
- Extra delivery costs due to difficult access
- Handyman services
- Long carry
- Shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano/heavy delivery
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis.
