- Import documentation and US customs filing
- Customs clearance at best POE
- Trucking from POE to residence
- Unloading of all items, unpacking of basic furniture, assembly of basic furniture and removal of debris which will be created by our movers while unpacking & assembling basic furniture.
- Delivery within 60 miles from the POE.
Excludes:
- Boxes Unpacking.
- Terminal handling charges
- Customs duty if applicable
- X-RAY/VACIS charges, intensive customs exam charges, demurrage, detention, port dues, storage charges if applicable
- Difficult access charges to door (no elevator above 2nd floor, no parking within 50 Ft)
- Setup / arrangement of items (for Boxes) and Handling for heavy items such as Pianos
- Parking Permit or Split delivery
- Handling crate and/or pallets
- Excludes $ 35.00 bank fees for international wire tranfer
- Any charges that will be paid on client/ account's behalf will attract a disbursement fee of $ 95.00 plus any courier/ messenger fees at actuals.
Documentation Required:
- Detailed Packing list with Passport Photo ID
- Copy of your legal status in the U.S. (U.S Passport / Visa Etc.)
- Power of attorney
- ISF filling detail, CBP Form 3299 and Supplement
- Final destination address with contact information.
- Copy of MBL / HBL
