QUOTATION IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS

2.               This quotation will be amended if the underlying transportation costs increase as a result of war, strikes,riots, rebellion, insurrection, lock-outs or Acts of God.

3.               All-business of whatsoever nature,be it as agents or as principal with any party whatsoever, shall solely be conducted in accordance with our standard trading conditions. UTM Services does not accept responsibility for damage or loss to shipments due to acts of war,terrorism, insurgency, civil unrest, hijacking, and / or Military / Police operations.

RATES INCLUDE:

A.    Normal custom clearance.

B.    Transportation from POE Karachi Port/ CFS Yard to residence within Destination City limits. 

C.    De-stuffing, Unloading, Unpacking,Setting up, Fixing of normal furniture and Removal of debris on delivery up to1^st Floor.

D.   Delivery of empty container back to container yard for FCL shipments only.

N.B.: Please avoid paying THC at Origin, as we confront many difficulties with local Shipping Agents over the issue, resulting in unnecessary delay in Customs Clearance incurring heavy Demurrage Charges.

RATES    EXCLUDE:      

          
1) Customs duty / Taxes. 
2) Terminal Handling Charges (THC) for FCL
3)  Container Rentals for FCL shipments only. (We are offer this service if required please book in advance will be at additional cost if you want us to pay on-behalf of customer)
4)  Delivery Order for FCL & LCL De-consolidation charges (to avoid extra please contact for best option for clients)

            5) Port Operational Charges for FCL & Yard Operational Charges for LCL           

            6)  Port Storage for FCL / Yard Storage for LCL. (if any case delay in clearance)
7)  Special Assembly of furniture.
8) Handyman.
9)  Insurance.
10)                   Please be advised that we could not quote you for N.V.O.C.C. / C.F.S. as it varies from companies to companies. For your information these charges ranges from between      US $ 350 - US $ 500/- to the minimum. Please advise whom to bill these charges. Please clarify this point while transmitting us your shipping advice. If you use direct vessel B/L then the endorsement / N.V.O.C.C. Charges does not apply.

A Container Guarantee Deposit is to be submitted to the Shipping Lines by the consignee for the removal of the container from the Port Container Yard to the delivery site. This Guarantee is refunded after the empty container is returned to Shipping Ling Yard. The consignee should be informed about this Container Guarantee in advance to the booking of the move.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Please note all clauses covered under Rate Include & Rate Exclude at the time of confirmation must be advised to the shipper.

Documents required for customs clearance:

1.   Original passport with entry into Pakistan with last 2 years data in case of two passports required both.

2.   National Identity card copy for Pakistani citizen or Employment letter for foreign citizen stating that consignee will have stay in Pakistan for two more years.

3.   Last Air ticket

4.   OBL or SWB

5.   Packing List

6.   Insurance papers (if shipment is insured)

7.   Authority Letter for customs
