Our rates include the following services - Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation to residence as stated in our quote
- Delivery into residence up to the ground floor
- Complete unwrapping of furniture
- Removal of debris

Our rates do not include the following services - Terminal handling charges
- Piano delivery if any
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection if any
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access delivery
- Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
