WORK PERMIT is mandatory to import shipments into Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi City, Vietnam. Should the shipments be under Vietnamese Citizens, please contact us for more information. 1. Best POE: + Ho Chi Minh City: ICD Phuoc Long 3 or ICD Transimex + Hanoi City: Hai Phong Port 2. Best APOE: + Ho Chi Minh City: Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) + Hanoi City: Noi Bai Airport (HAN) 3. Inclusions: - VAT (Value Added Tax) - Transportation of the shipment from sea/ air terminal to the warehouse - Delivery from the warehouse to the client’s ONE residence in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi City, Vietnam with normal access. - Unloading and moving to the client’s residence. - Full unpacking, positioning, setting up normal / simple furniture, basic assembly of furniture which do not require 3rd party services. - Shuttle fee. - Removing debris on the delivery day. - Free storage for up to 14 days at our warehouse. - English speaking supervisor during delivery. - Unloading/ loading charge at the warehouse. 4. Exclusions: - Freight forwarding local charges, NVOCC, port charges - Import tax/duty, if applicable, will be billed at cost - Demurrage, detention, storage charges, if applicable - Multiple delivery - Difficult access, long carry, shuttle fee - Weekend/ holiday unpacking - Accessorial services (if required) such as heavy items; overtime; warehouse storage; handyman service.... Holiday notice: On the occasion of Tet holiday in Vietnam, all government offices are closed from 8 Feb 2024 till 14 Feb 2024, we will resume on 15 Feb 2024. Therefore, all import and export shipments MUST be arrived/ dispatched on 31 Jan 2024 as the latest time to avoid the demurrage/ detention or storage charge applied at the airport / port.
