General Inclusions

  • Rates are valid for any density
  • Rates are valid within 100 km of the origin or destination city
  • Shuttle for consignments under 5000 lbs 
  • Stair carry up to 2nd floor and long carry up to 20 meters
  • Import customs clearance, ground transport, unloading, unpacking to flat surface, normal assembly, debris removal on the delivery day

General Exclusions

  • DTHC
  • Demurrage
  • Customs charges or inspections
  • Storage-related fees
  • Handyman fees
  • Parking permit fee
  • Use of special lifting equipment

Our rates are based on good access for a truck and the fact that all furniture will fit in the rooms and up the stairs.  Should additional labor services be required these will be billed back as per outlays plus any additional time our crew has to spend with you because of this.


INSURANCE

Fully comprehensive transit insurance is not included in our quotation, but we would be pleased to arrange this on your behalf.  

In case you don’t opt for our insurance, we will understand that the shipment is already insured by you and our company will have only limited liability.
