Prices Include
Doha THC, normal customs clearance,customs entry charge, collection from the airport terminal and delivery toresidence within Doha city limits (except entry restricted area), labors formanual offloading, unwrapping and putting the items on a flat surface, removalof packing debris once only on the day of the delivery.
Prices Exclude
Freight, Customs Duty, Airport storage, warehouse storage, customs duties, legalization, special hire ofequipment for offloading, long stair carry, weekend delivery, unpacking, assemblyof furniture including complicated/brand new furniture, maid services,handyman, and second-time removal of packing debris.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in ourquotation and can be arranged at 2.75% premium rate against the total declaredvalue of the items. For cargo packed by owners, we can only offer Total LossInsurance coverage.
Liability
In the event of damage, the clientwill be compensated by the insurers s/he has personally chosen and according toclauses and conditions of his/her insurance policy. The basic liability of ourcompany is restricted according to the terms and conditions of our transportand public liability insurance, should our responsibility be proved.

1 AWB
2 Packing list / Inventory – without values (for useditems)
3 Passport copy (for non-Qatari consignees only)
4 Residence permit ID / Qatar ID – mandatory
5 Signed authorization form for Customs registration(format will be provided)
Note:Theconsignee must be present in Qatar and holds a valid Qatar residence permit IDbefore shipment arrival.
