Theaboverates excludes: Bank charges(USD35.00), Port storage/demurrage/ Customs duty and taxes/detention fees, storageat warehouse, fines caused by delays improper documents , handyman services (USD150/4HRS), handling of Piano(USD185.00), heavy oversized objects etc;stairs carrying, split or multiple deliveries, putting up curtains &pictures.
