Exclusions of our rate: Insurance(see below), additionalCustom inspection, examination and scanning charges whenever applicable, demurrage costs, customsduties and/or taxes, additional volume and/or weight, stair carry or walk-up above second floor at origin/destination,external hoisting / crane services, extra delivery costs due to difficultaccess, shuttle service, long carry at delivery, special parking permit, extra pickupsor deliveries, disconnection ofmechanical or electrical appliances, preparation of made-to-measure woodencrates according to requirements, services of carpenter, plumber, electrician,or any other charges not associated with normal proceedings. *All theabove services are available upon request. Normalaccess possibilities are defined as: A single mainland residence accessedby direct road route. Vehicle must be able to gain legal and safe access andpark within 25 metres of the ground floor entrance to a house or an apartmentdoor. Collection and/or delivery must be able to take place through anunobstructed entrance/stairs/elevator large enough to accommodate all goods.Collection and/or delivery will be from/to the Third floor (assuming that theground floor is floor 0) An additional fee will be charged for upper floors.
Remarks: - Local fees are excluded and will be billed back to customer as per receipts (unless otherwise instructed)
