Remarks:

·  Local fees are excluded and will be billed back to customer as per receipts (unless otherwise instructed)

·  We need 14 days of free time at the destination port. 

·  Documents: Packing list, Express B/L, copy passport. 

·  Original Passport is required for custom clearance. 

Our rates include the following services

·  Complete unwrapping

·  Setting up of basic furniture

·  Removal of debris

·  Return of empty container to port

·  Complete customs clearance

·  Inbound transportation

·  Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services

·  DO/DTHC (suggested to be prepaid)

·  CFS Charges (approximately USD 320 will be billed as per actuals)

·  Shuttle services costs

·  Crane or outside elevator

·  Piano delivery

·  Unpacking of cartons

·  Customs inspection

·  Storage / demurrage 

·  Abnormal access

·  Local VAT

·  Customs taxes & duties

Notes:

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will  handle all other consignments on a prepaid basis. .
