Our rate includes the following Services

  • Complete Customs Clearance in Vancouver BC
  • Pickup and return of the container from to POE Vancouver
  • Inbound transportation & delivery to residence as stated in the request
  • Unloading the shipment into clients residence, Unpacking of furniture and placing as required
  • The container will be unloaded at our warehouse and the shipment will move to Kelowna by our local truck.
  • Removal of debris on the day of delivery.

Our rate excludes the following services:

  • Terminal handling and NVOCC charges
  • Handling of a Piano & Abnormal access delivery and Unpacking of cartons
  • Customs duties, taxes, inspection and fumigation costs
  • Storage charges at the port and detention charges from the steamship line if any

  • We cover other destinations in British Colombia for over 30 Kms radius please send us a rate request stating the final destination.  
  •  All quotes are valid for a period of 45 days.
  •  Documents Required for Customs clearance: Passports for the concerned person and his family if traveling together, Bill of lading, A complete packing list of the goods inside the shipment, Work permit if returning Canadian resident, Immigration documents / work permit for immigrants. 
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper and paid before delivery is affected.► We will be happy to extend credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on a prepaid basis
