Customer was looking for more information on storage options in the UK (if the container lands before April) are there agents that could help with this? The customer was hoping you could let her know.
The customer was going to decide whether to get the pack organized asap or hold off until the new year. They are very keen to ensure they are booked on to the next UK console.
They are planning on doing a lot of their own PBO. I explained the insurance position but said you would clarify with them. They may come and get some boxes t9 help with packing.
