Note(s): The property is up 3 flights of stairs so elevator will need to be used. Definitely worth requesting the elevator fob/key to avoid the guys having to stop the door manually.
The access is good at the front provided we can pre arrange a space on the Harbour road side. Speaking to Mr Silverman, he was going to follow up with the residents committee/Board to request a space and keep them informed of the move. Worth sending a reminder prior to the day to ensure he has done this, otherwise the access from other car park is a bit trickier.
