Note(s):
The access road to this house is steep and narrow. We would need to make a note to communicate ahead of time with the customer to ensure no cars were parked on their parking bay or road to enable a truck t9 get down and turn. There is also a narrow set of stairs to access the house but given there are no bulky furniture pieces then it should be ok.
